Return & exchange policy
At Luees, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible.
1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders received till 9:00am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00am or on nonworking days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
1. Exchange Policy:
- We offer an exchange policy within 5 days of the date of delivery.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
- The exchange will happen only once.
- The exchange must be sent to us within 5 days from the date you received the parcel.
2. Return Policy:
- The return must be delivered to us within 5 days from the date you received the parcel.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
- The return will happen only once.
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
- The refund may take up to 12 working days to reflect in your account.
